Störtebeker Atlantik is a non-alcoholic pale ale brewed in Stralsund, northeastern Germany, by Störtebeker Braumanufaktur. This is a non-alcoholic variant of the brewery's popular Atlantik-Ale, developed using a proprietary process. The brewery, located in the historic Hanseatic city, has been brewing on this site since the 19th century. Atlantik presents a straw-yellow, bright appearance with a fresh character. The aroma shows citrus peel, tropical fruits and floral hop notes with hints of pine. The palate brings grapefruit and mango forward, supported by subtle sweetness and balanced bitterness. The finish is dry and hoppy-bitter, with a pleasant lime zest note layering over the malty base.
