Puhaste Kulm
Pühaste Kulm is an IPA brewed by Pühaste Brewery in Tartu, Estonia. The brewery opened in 2016, founded by head brewer Eero Mander, who began experimenting with beer in 2011. This IPA showcases a fruity and tropical character with prominent citrus notes and a clean, hoppy finish.
The palate balances sweetness with assertive bitterness. Exotic fruit flavours take centre stage, complemented by citrus notes typical of contemporary IPA styles. The finish is dry and crisp, with a lingering hop bitterness that defines the beer's character.
