Badjawe Blonde is an authentic, organic blonde ale from Brasserie Coopérative Liégeoise in Alleur. Brewed with local ingredients—Pilsner malt, raw wheat and fresh hops (Columbus and Centennial)—unfiltered and unpasteurised. The beer displays a pale golden colour with a subtle citrus character in the nose. On the palate, malty and soft fruit notes emerge, with hints of peach and apricot. Bitterness is present yet balanced, backed by a compact, persistent head. A flavourful beer that reflects the terroir of the Liège region.
