Bikse Oerpils from Museumbrouwerij De Roos is an unfiltered Pilsner brewed in Hilvarenbeek using water, Pilsner malt, Vienna malt and Caramalt. The hop bill is notably higher than standard Pilsners, combining hops from the brewery's own hop field with Hallertau Mittelfruh, Hersbrucker and Saaz varieties.

This beer displays a clear golden colour with a white head. Sweet malt character mingles with light buttery notes and subtle sugar, balanced by spicy hop bitterness. Medium body and soft carbonation create a rounded, characterful Pilsner that stands apart from mass-produced examples.
