Le Soigneur Tripel Puncheur is a powerful multi-grain tripel from Museumbrouwerij De Roos, the Netherlands' only authentic working village brewery since 1877. Brewed with barley malt, wheat malt and malted oats, it delivers a refined and full-bodied character. The aroma is spicy and hoppy with a subtle citrus note from hand-picked pine buds. On the palate, it presents pleasant bitterness, fullness and roundness, with warming alcohol at 8.5% ABV. The name draws from cycling terminology: a puncheur is a rider capable of explosive attacks.
