Jopen Meesterstuk 2018 is a Quadrupel from Haarlem unveiled annually on November 11th to celebrate the end of the brewing year. This dark, rich beer at 11.1% alcohol is warming and complex, with notes of toffee, caramel, and dried fruit such as figs and raisins. Oats contribute a full, rounded mouthfeel.

The name references the medieval craft tradition where artisans created a masterpiece to demonstrate their skill. Since 2011, Jopen has brewed according to historical recipes from Haarlem's city archives, reviving the city's brewing heritage.
