Whirly Brain is a Double IPA from Fuerst Wiacek, the Berlin brewery that brewed Germany's first commercially available Hazy IPA in 2016. Dry hopped with Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic, this beer delivers a full, fruity aroma profile. At 8% ABV with milk sugar in the grain bill, it achieves a full body and pleasant balance between hop bitterness and sweet character.

The beer shows a nice haze and a modest white head. The nose reveals tropical fruit notes—mango and peach—alongside citrus tangerine. On the palate, the full hop character shines through, supported by fruity esters that complement rather than overwhelm the underlying bitterness.
