Brouwerij Oudaen crafts this NEIPA in the vaults of Stadskasteel Oudaen, a medieval city castle dating to 1296 in the heart of Utrecht. The NEIPA showcases characteristic fruity hop aromatics: tropical and citrus notes lead the nose, backed by subtle bitterness. On the palate, the beer is soft and juicy with a light, hazy appearance. Fruity hop flavours meld with gentle sweetness, creating a well-rounded, approachable IPA. The finish stays clean and dry, without aggressive bitterness.
