Brouwerij Emelisse has been crafting specialty beers in Goes, Zeeland since 2005. This Dubbel is a classic Belgian interpretation, brewed with six different malts and Saaz hops for distinctive bitterness. The beer develops from a naturally golden hue into a deep brown colour through the addition of dark malts, revealing exciting and bitter flavours.

The nose shows caramel and dark stone fruit with yeasty notes. The palate delivers rich, bready malt character balanced by Belgian candi sugar, complemented by fruity yeast esters. Saaz hops contribute citrus and spicy dimensions to the finish.
