PaasIJ is the spring seasonal from Brouwerij 't IJ, Amsterdam's historic brewery housed in a converted polder mill. Brewed fresh each spring when the days lengthen and flowers emerge, this 7% Maibock balances malty sweetness with assertive hop bitterness.

Coriander and licorice root add distinctive spice and herbal notes alongside fruit esters and yeast character. The nose carries light citrus and phenolic hints, while the palate builds toward a dry, hoppy finish with lingering bitterness.
