Lupulus Bock is a brown bock beer from Brasserie Lupulus, located in the Ardennes village of Courtil near Bovigny in Belgian Luxembourg. The brewery, originally founded in 2003 as Les 3 Fourquets to supply kegs to a neighbouring pub, has developed into a respected producer with its own distinctive character. This bock combines a full, malty flavour with pleasant bitterness that keeps the beer in balance. The nose reveals typical yeast and malt aromas with hints of caramel. On the palate, cereal notes emerge, supported by crisp carbonation that helps the flavours develop. The finish is clean and lingering, making this beer a natural pairing with hearty meat dishes.
