Sint Servattumus Zoethouter is a tripel from the craft brewery in Schijndel, known since 1996 for spelt beers brewed with regional ingredients. This tripel brings together malt, spelt and local hops into an 8% ABV expression. The beer presents a gently hoppy character with floral notes and yellow fruit esters from the tripel yeast strain. The palate is medium-sweet with a light bitter finish. Fermentation contributes characteristic fruity esters typical of the style.
