Windmills & Weathervanes is an Imperial Stout from Boatrocker Brewers & Distillers, a family-owned Melbourne brewery founded in 2009. At 9.5% ABV, this beer is aged in bourbon barrels and finished with cacao nibs, vanilla and cinnamon. The nose opens with wood and bourbon character, followed by earthy undertones.
