Brewed since 1990 according to the German Purity Law, this schwarzbier follows a distinctive house recipe using only water, malt, hops and yeast. The beer pours with a murky brown colour and a golden cream head. On the palate, subtle roasted aromas blend with a full-bodied, velvety malt character.
