La Trappe Puur is an organic Trappist ale brewed by De Koningshoeven Abbey brewery in Berkel-Enschot, Netherlands. Light golden and slightly hazy, it is crafted using traditional top-fermentation methods with only natural ingredients: barley, hops, yeast and spring water drawn from the abbey's own source.
The palate is fresh and fruity, with distinct citrus and green apple notes balanced by pleasant bitterness. The finish is clean and semi-dry, with lingering complexity that belies its modest strength. A sturdy, creamy head complements the easy-drinking character.
