Via Emilia is Birrificio del Ducato's signature beer, brewed since 2007 in Roncole Verdi, Emilia-Romagna. This Italian kellerbier showcases German Tettnang flowering hops in a crisp, golden-yellow package. The brewery personally selects hop varieties at harvest time from Germany, England, the USA and New Zealand. The aromas are refined: floral and herbaceous, with lemon zest and subtle grain sweetness beneath. Dry-hopping brings delicate, fresh hop character without heaviness. The palate stays light and clean, finishing short and inviting another sip. Via Emilia is versatile at the table and earned silver at the World Beer Awards 2025.
