Gjulia Ribo is an Italian fruit beer from Friuli, crafted by brothers Marco and Massimo Zorzettig of Birrificio Gjulia. Brewed with spring water from Mount Mia, the brewery's own barley malt, hops and Ribolla Gialla grape must, this pale ale is naturally fermented and bottle-conditioned without filtration or pasteurisation. The Ribolla Gialla grapes contribute subtle fruitiness and a delicate tartness that complements the malty character. The nose brings together grape must, herbal notes and malt. On the palate, light sweetness gives way to gentle bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.
