Grecale from Birrificio Gjulia is an Italian Grape Ale at 10% ABV, crafted by brothers Marco and Massimo Zorzettig in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This unfiltered and unpasteurised beer blends barley malt from the brewery's own production with Picolit grape must, merging beer and winemaking heritage into a distinctive craft expression. The beer displays an intense golden hue with an elegant nose recalling apricot jam, ripe fruit and dried figs. On the palate, white fruit and floral notes emerge alongside honeyed sweetness, leading to a pleasant, gently bitter finish.
