't Gaverhopke is a small artisan brewery located in Waregem (Stasegem), in the West Flanders region of Belgium. It was founded in 1994 by Erik Ameye and his wife Christiane Soens. When Erik retired in 2007, the brewery was taken over by Gudrun Vandoorne and her partner, who continued the brewing tradition with the same passion for quality regional beer.
