Left Hand Brewing Company was founded in September 1993 by Christopher Lennert and Jon Eric Wallace in Longmont, Colorado. Located at 1265 Boston Avenue in Longmont, Left Hand has grown from a local startup into a nationally recognised independent craft brewery. The brewery has become particularly celebrated for its Nitro series, which includes the iconic Milk Stout Nitro — widely credited as America's original nitro bottle.
