Brouwerij Den Toetëlèr is a Belgian craft brewery located in Hoeselt, in the province of Limburg. The brewery was founded by Luc Festjens, who developed the idea to start his own brewery after attending a homebrewing course. The name "Den Toetëlèr" is rooted in the regional Limburgish dialect, referring to the elderflower that plays a central role in one of the brewery's signature beers. The brewery is known for its artisanally brewed beers, crafted with a focus on local identity and traditional brewing processes. Among its most distinctive beers is Den Toeteler, a white beer infused with elderflower — a nod to both regional heritage and natural ingredients. The brewery embraces a neolocal philosophy, drawing inspiration from Limburg's landscape, history, and dialect to shape its beer portfolio. In recent years, Brouwerij Den Toetëlèr has expanded beyond brewing: Luc's son Brecht Festjens has added a distillery to the operation, broadening the site's artisanal character. The brewery also brews beers for third parties, such as Gravin Agnes van Loon, a strong beer produced for V.O.F. Loan from Borgloon.
