Brouwerij Den Toetëlèr in Hoeselt has brewed this witbier since 2008, distinguished by the addition of elderflower. The name refers to the elder bush, rooted in local Limburgian tradition. Founder Luc Festjens hand-built the brewing equipment and crafts all beers from start to finish using natural ingredients.

Toetëlèr Wit is a light, slightly tart wheat beer with a subtle floral character from the elderflower addition. The interplay of witbier spice and fruity notes creates a refreshing yet flavourful brew. At 5.2% ABV, it balances approachability with genuine character.
