The brewery sources over 200,000 kilograms of Scottish strawberries, raspberries and other fruits annually. The 999 GL emerged from Vault City's deliberate push to intensify flavour, particularly in their 'smoothie-like' styles. The result is a beer that delivers substantial fruit character through traditional mixed fermentation, without syrup or artifice.
