Proper Tipple is a limited-edition collaboration between St Austell Brewery and North London craft brewer Jiddler's Tipple, reimagining the iconic Proper Job. Built on heritage malts, Galaxy, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops deliver vibrant citrus, grapefruit, and gooseberry notes with a crisp, clean finish from a new yeast strain.

Jacob Liddle of Jiddler's Tipple travelled to Cornwall to brew a small-batch cask and keg edition, which debuted at London Craft Beer Festival. The beer amplifies Proper Job's fruit-forward character with melon, grape, citrus, and tropical fruit notes, bringing a modern perspective while honouring the original's core identity.
