Cazeau Tournay Noire
Tournay Noire from Brasserie de Cazeau is a Belgian stout with depth and purpose. Originally brewed as a winter seasonal called Tournay de Noël, its popularity led brewmaster Laurent Agache to make it a permanent addition to the brewery's lineup.
The beer balances roasted malt, caramel and coffee with American Tomahawk hops that stand up to the bold malt character. At 7.6% ABV, it pours with a creamy off-white head and pitch-black colour. Slightly woody notes frame the aroma, while the palate delivers malted sweetness and roasted grain.
A coffee-driven finish rounds out the experience. Best enjoyed at around 10°C.
