Brasserie de Cazeau

Cazeau Tournay Blonde

Tournay Blonde from Brasserie de Cazeau traces its lineage back to 1753, though this particular expression was first brewed in May 2004 after months of development in the brewery's newly installed brewing room. Originally created as a winter ale called Tournay de Noël, its warm reception led brewmaster Laurent Agache to make it a permanent part of the range.

Brewed from 100% barley malt with no Belgian candi sugar, the beer showcases a subtle blend of four American hops. The nose is finely hopped and aromatic. On the palate, fresh herbal notes emerge alongside a light, clean bitterness. The finish is distinctly dry and refreshing, leaving a slightly chalky sensation that adds to its crisp character.

Bottle-matured and made with only natural ingredients, Tournay Blonde achieves the balance the brewery sought: a round, light beer with well-judged hop presence.
