Burg Bier Springbok is a refreshing Maibock from Burg Bier Brouwerij in Ermelo, Netherlands. This seasonal beer captures spring in the glass with elderflower, honey and Veluwe spring water, creating a crisp and spring-like character that feels light and approachable despite its 6% alcohol content.

The brewery itself is a small family operation that started in 1995 with just 60 litres per brew. What began as owner Jan van Wilgenburg's dream has grown into a respected craft brewery with its own beer shop and café.
