Burg Herfstbok is a seasonal bock from Burg Bier Brouwerij in Ermelo, brewed with Veluws spring water. This traditional bock presents a deep brown colour with a full, lightly sweet character defined by roasted and caramelised malts.

The nose reveals fruit, malt and anise notes. On the palate, liquorice, caramel and dark malt take the lead, supported by full body and smooth texture. The finish is warming and pleasantly sweet.

In 2025, Burg Herfstbok was crowned Best Bock Beer of the Netherlands, recognition of its quality and distinctive autumn character.
