Kerkom Bink Bruin
Bink Bruin from Brouwerij Kerkom has been the second beer in the Bink range since 1997. This Belgian brown ale at 5.5% ABV is a full-bodied, softly bitter beer with a sweet malty aftertaste. It is brewed with four malt varieties and one Belgian hop variety.
In the glass it presents as dark brown to black with a mahogany tinge and a fine mocha-coloured head. The aroma combines fruity and yeasty notes with brown beer characteristics: tobacco, coffee, vanilla and caramel. The palate is pleasantly full with malty sweetness, balanced by subtle woody undertones and a dry finish that prevents cloying sweetness.
