The project was spearheaded by Jonah Theurer, Vault City's lead brewer, who spent years performing magic in Scotland's close-knit magic community before pursuing brewing professionally. This exceptional fusion of two art forms makes Razzle Dazzle a truly special release.

Taste and Presentation

This 5% ABV sour is brewed with juicy raspberries, zesty lime, and edible glitter designed to shimmer in the glass. According to Jonah, the theatrical element was crucial: "When you pour it, it catches the light and creates that moment of surprise that every good magic trick needs." On the nose, expect apricot, citrus zest, and tropical fruit. The palate delivers red berries, apricot, and citrus zest, finishing clean with lemon and citric notes.
