Symbiotica is a dedicated hard kombucha and fermented beverage sub-brand or project by AF Brew, a craft brewery based in Russia. The concept centres on symbiotic fermentation — the biological process that gives the brand its name — using live cultures, wild yeasts and bacteria to produce naturally fermented drinks. AF Brew, known for its experimental and boundary-pushing approach to craft brewing, launched Symbiotica to explore the intersection of traditional fermentation techniques and modern flavour innovation.
