Hoek Bier, also known as de Holtense Bierbrouwerij, is a microbrewery based in Holten, a small town in the Overijssel province of the Netherlands. The brewery began brewing in 2016 and started operating commercially in September 2018, focusing on crafting quality local craft beers for the region. The brewery's portfolio centres around accessible yet characterful beers rooted in classic styles. Their flagship Hoolter Blond is a Belgian Blonde that put Hoek Bier on the map, while the Hoolter Dunkelweizen showcases their affinity for wheat-based styles with a darker malt character. The Hoolter IPA rounds out the core range with a hop-forward American IPA profile, symbolised by a fox — the emblem of the authentic Hoolter IPA.
