Browar na Jurze is a brewery located in Zawiercie, a town in the Silesian region of southern Poland. The brewery operates under the name Browar na Jurze Ewa Piątek Sp. j. and has an annual production capacity of approximately 20,000 hectoliters. It holds a notable place in Polish brewing history as the facility where contract brewer Pinta produced its landmark hoppy beer Atak Chmielu on March 28, 2011 — a brew widely regarded as a defining moment for the Polish craft beer revolution. The brewery produces beers under several own brands, including Jurajskie, Boner, Jurajski Bursztyn, Racovia, and Smocza. Its portfolio spans a range of styles, from crisp European-style pilsners such as Jurajskie Pils to a Baltic Porter under the Jurajskie label, as well as a Berliner Weisse called Kwas Pruski and a honey-infused IPA named Podwójna Lipa. This diversity reflects both traditional Polish brewing traditions and a willingness to explore contemporary craft styles. Beyond its own labels, Browar na Jurze has served as a contract brewing partner for notable Polish craft brands, including Browar Pinta from Wrocław. This role as a capable and versatile production brewery has helped it earn recognition within the broader Polish and European craft beer scene.
