Revived as an independent microbrewery in 2007, this helles-style lager carries 4.7% ABV and is crafted using two-row spring barley and pure Dolomite spring water in compliance with the German purity tradition. Bionda delivers a light, approachable character with a smooth palate and crisp finish. The nose shows yeasty and lightly bready notes with restrained noble hop presence. On the palate, clean malt flavours blend with subtle bread-like sweetness and a gentle hop bitterness that remains balanced throughout.
