Bastion is an amber-coloured Tripel from Wilskracht Stadsbrouwerij Ravenstein, brewed with three malt varieties that define its distinctive profile. This approachable beer balances a fresh, lightly spiced character with subtle notes of orange and coriander. The finish is crisp and refreshing with a pleasant bitterness. The aroma reveals sweet malt, honey and toffee. On the palate, malt and caramel take the lead, complemented by coriander spice and hints of citrus. The aftertaste is sweet-bitter with sharp spice notes that linger cleanly.
