Nazionale is Birrificio Le Baladin's landmark first 100% Italian beer, launched in September 2011. This blonde ale is brewed with water from the Maritime Alps, malt from Basilicata and Apulia, and hops from Baladin's own Piedmont fields. Bergamot and coriander add a refined, citrus-forward character with subtle spice notes. The palate is dry and crisp, striking a delicate balance between fruity sweetness and the gentle bitterness of Italian hops. Chamomile and citrus fruit lead, with hints of ginger and honey underneath. This is a craft ale that celebrates Italian terroir and local ingredients with uncommon care.
