Janimal is a Session IPA from Vrijstaat Vanmol Brewing in Lennik, brewed with barley, wheat and oats following Brabant tradition. This light blonde at 3.3% alcohol combines four modern hops—Cascade, Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic—for a surprisingly robust profile. The taste balances sweet malt character with a substantial hop presence and firm bitterness. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a lingering hoppy-bitter finish. A compact beer that proves lower alcohol need not mean compromise on flavour intensity.
