Brewed by Kasteel Brouwerij Van Honsebrouck in Emelgem, West Flanders, the Rasp Barista Chocolate Quad is a robust Belgian quadrupel at 11% ABV. Dark and full-bodied, it leads with prominent aromas of chocolate and coffee, subtly complemented by a hint of raspberry that adds pleasant complexity. The palate showcases caramel, toffee and dark chocolate layered with noble hop bitterness and notes of dark stone fruit. Creamy mouthfeel and warming alcohol support the rich flavour profile. The finish is dry and warming, with lingering echoes of coffee and chocolate. A serious, satisfying beer for contemplative sipping.
