Rakker is a tripel from Uut Giethoorn, a brewery rooted in the North Dutch village of Giethoorn. The beer is brewed with hops and barley sourced from the local farm Agro Giethoorn, reflecting the brewery's commitment to regional ingredients. The tripel displays an amber-orange hue topped with a substantial white head. The nose reveals sweet malt, floral hop character, yeasty notes and ripe fruit. On the palate, sweet malt dominates, complemented by fruity esters that carry through to the finish.
