Tiny Rebel's Stay Puft is a Welsh imperial porter that takes marshmallow as its foundation and combines it here with waffles and candied bacon. The result is an unconventional blend of roasted malt, caramel and sweet notes punctuated by the smoky, savoury edge of bacon. The nose leads with smoke and roasted grain. On the palate, waffle texture, marshmallow and caramel meet the salty, smoky character of the bacon. The finish is pastry-like and sweet. Mouthfeel is round and full, with warming alcohol presence at 9% ABV.
