This award-winning beer is built on a blend of fermented beers where lactic acid bacteria deliver the signature sourness—no hop bitterness is used. Raspberry flavouring adds fruity dimension to the composition.

The beer displays a dry, fruity and tart character. On the nose, red fruits such as cherry and strawberry lead, with subtle farmyard undertones.
