Big Drop Woodcutter is an alcohol-free brown ale from Big Drop Brewing Co., the English brewery dedicated exclusively to crafting 0.5% ABV beer since October 2016. The brewery was founded by former City lawyer Rob Fink, driven by personal lifestyle changes and frustration with the limited quality of alcohol-free options available. Woodcutter is a malt-focused brown ale with a toasty aroma and soft grassy notes from restrained hop use. Brewed with barley, wheat and lactose, it delivers genuine body and flavour complexity. The palate shows malty character with subtle fruit touches, leading to a clean, balanced finish. This is a brown ale that demonstrates alcohol-free brewing need not compromise on substance or drinkability.
