Texels Overzee is an American Style Pale Ale from Texelse Bierbrouwerij, brewed on Texel, the largest of the Wadden Islands. This 6% ale is crafted with American hops Cascade and Simcoe, delivering a crisp bitterness with citrus and apricot character. The brewery, housed in a converted dairy building in Oudeschild, sources ingredients from the island itself. Overzee balances hop bitterness with subtle sweetness, finishing with a rounded bitter aftertaste. A refreshing expression of Texel's brewing tradition and island terroir.
