Texels Bock is a robust autumn beer from Texelse Bierbrouwerij, brewed on the Dutch island of Texel since 1999. This seasonal offering is crafted in a converted dairy building in Oudeschild and draws on locally grown barley and the brewery's own yeast culture.

Four varieties of roasted malt give this bock its signature character: rich caramel and coffee notes balanced by a pleasant bitterness. The deep red colour and full-bodied flavour profile reflect careful malt selection, while 7% alcohol provides warmth and depth suited to autumn drinking.
