Tartarus Marshmallow Baby Abaddon is the smaller sibling to the brewery's imperial stout, yet stands confidently on its own merits. At 8.5% ABV, this stout is brewed with 15 different malts and dark brown and demerara sugars, building a rich, layered foundation. The marshmallow character adds a distinctive twist—sweet and soft without cloying excess. Smoke and roasted wood dominate the nose, while the palate reveals chocolate, coffee, and that signature marshmallow sweetness. Extended conditioning has produced a smooth, full mouthfeel that carries the complexity through to a warming finish.
