This beer deliberately steps away from tradition by introducing smoked malt, delivering a gentle smoke character without veering into full rauchbier territory. The palate balances light sweetness with spiced warmth—cinnamon and gingerbread spices—layered with the smoked malt for added complexity. A prickling sensation on the tongue develops, with subtle coffee notes lingering in the finish.
