Ailyak's Mosaic Cryo IPA is an American-style IPA at 6.6% ABV from Bulgaria. The beer is brewed with 20 grams per litre of Mosaic hop, including 10 grams of Mosaic lupulin cryo hop for dry hopping. This concentrated use of a single hop variety defines the beer's character: fruity, spicy and intensely aromatic. Mosaic hop is prized for its distinctive profile of berries, citrus, mango and pine notes. In this Cryo format, those characteristics are amplified through the concentrated lupulin. The beer displays a striking orange hue and delivers a balance of fruit-forward flavour with a subtle bitter finish.
