Vuurvogel is a tripel resurrected by Stadsbrouwerij De Drie Ringen from the archives of historic Amersfoort breweries. The recipe draws from a bygone brewing era, giving the beer a soft, creamy character that evokes centuries past. At 7.5% alcohol, this blonde, full-strength tripel delivers a warming sensation across the palate. Brewed on the same site since 1626, the brewery crafts this beer using 100% malt for full body and depth. Vuurvogel pairs well with rich fish, spiced dishes and meat. Serve around 6–8°C.
