Franziskaner Alkoholfrei is an alcohol-free wheat beer from Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu, one of Munich's oldest breweries with roots dating to 1397. This naturally cloudy weizen is brewed with barley and wheat malt, selected hops and pure Bavarian brewing water, honouring the region's brewing heritage. The nose displays classic weizen character: ripe banana and clove, supported by subtle wheat malt and fresh bread crust notes. The palate is thin and sweet, with banana and clove leading, followed by grain and wheat. The mouthfeel is refreshing and drinkable, with a light, thirst-quenching finish. Despite its alcohol-free nature, this weizen retains its authentic Bavarian character and fruity expression.
