This ale balances a restrained malt character with an emphasis on English hop aroma and flavour. The hops deliver floral, herbal and spicy notes that define the beer's profile. On the palate, a clean, crisp hop character emerges alongside a proper malt sweetness with caramel undertones. The bitterness is tamed rather than assertive, making this IPA smooth and approachable despite its character. Brewed from organic barley malt, English hops, water and yeast.
